We're building something fundamentally different: an AI-first law firm that reimagines legal services from the ground up. This isn't about adding AI tools to traditional practices—it's about creating an entirely new model where AI and human legal expertise work in seamless collaboration.
This is an opportunity to shape the foundation of a new kind of law firm. You'll work directly with founders who bring both technical and legal backgrounds, moving fast and building products that matter. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building from zero to one, and want real ownership over problems that haven't been solved before, this is your chance to make a defining impact.
As a Legal Counsel specializing in Regulatory & Compliance, you'll navigate the complex regulatory landscape for an AI-first law firm while advising clients on compliance matters. This role sits at a fascinating intersection: ensuring our innovative business model complies with professional regulations (BRAO, RVG, BORA) while helping clients address their own regulatory challenges.
You'll work on cutting-edge regulatory questions that don't have established precedents: how do professional conduct rules apply to AI-powered legal services? What regulatory frameworks govern algorithm-driven legal advisory? How do we ensure compliance while pushing boundaries of legal innovation?
