As a Legal Counsel specializing in IP, Technology & Data Protection, you'll combine traditional employment law expertise with innovative AI-assisted advisory, helping clients navigate complex labor regulations more efficiently and cost-effectively.
As an AI-first law firm, we're transforming how employment law services are delivered: AI-powered contract review, automated compliance checks, intelligent case assessment, and data-driven settlement analysis. Required Qualifications
- German law degree (Staatsexamen - both exams required)
- 4-7 years PQE in regulatory law, compliance, or related fields
- Deep understanding of German regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience building compliance programs and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical and advisory skills
Ideal Background
- Experience with professional regulation for legal services (BRAO, BORA)
- Background in financial services regulation and BaFin oversight
- In-house compliance experience at regulated entity
- Exposure to regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings
